No I do not have the required licensing to perform well and septic inspections, but I can refer you to a local company that can help you.

What does the inspection include?

Home inspections are considered a limited visibility inspection. Meaning there are no invasive procedures completed, such as tearing apart a wall to look at a stud. I will go on roofs and in crawl spaces and attics as long as they are accessible.
